Digital Design Assistant
Collagerie curates fashion, interiors and beauty across every price point – inspiring women to buy through our online marketplace. Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist Digital Design Editor on website and newsletter layouts
• Create original design assets for the website, social and marketing including collages and video content
• Design and update company presentation decks
• Support Managing Editor on in-house still life shoots and filming
• Assist Digital Design Editor with image research and requests
• Responsible for downloading hi-resolution imagery for products and requesting from PR agencies
• Ensure all imagery is saved to server in a consistent and efficient way
• Be responsible for highlighting any retouching/image issues
• Support editorial team with product uploads where needed
• Manage Collagerie Pinterest boards including updating daily and merchandising where needed
Desired skills & experience:
• 1+ years previous experience • Advanced skills in the latest Photoshop software and all image retouching practises
• Working knowledge of best practices for optimizing imagery for use online
• Working knowledge of After Effects and best practices for optimizing moving image for use on social media
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Keynote
• English language skills (proficient in written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need immediate action where necessary
• Strong organisational and time management skills
