The Role

We’re looking for a curious engineer with a keen eye for details and interest in tech implementation. You will work on our Growth & Retention roadmap(s) full of interesting challenges to solve, where we focus on scaling Collagerie and building a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Lead and UX designer to provide lean and efficient functionality to our customers

• Participate in code reviews with other engineers

• Focus on sharing knowledge with other engineers

• Own a project or unit of work, the latter to be submitted as a pull request

• Own the maintenance of software products on on website

• Understand the technical stack and suggest improvements

• Participate in rota for on call engineer to pick up impromptu platform issues

About You

• Extensive experience working in teams on Growth, Retention and Martech Software Products

• Extensive experience working with ecommerce platforms, specifically Marketplace is desirable

• You are used to working in the Agile environment

• You have a desire to work in a fast paced growth start up
